TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

For tours to the USA, passport mandatory and must be valid for the duration of itinerary.
For tours to Europe, passport mandatory and must be valid for 6 months beyond date of return to Canada.
For tours within Canada, government issued photo I.D. mandatory and must be valid for duration of itinerary.
Passports must be in good condition and free of any damage, or boarding of flights or land crossing may be denied. You will be responsible for your own costs to return home, and no refunds will be given.
Guaranteed departures vary by number of participants required for each tour. Please refer to tour of your choice for the minimum required.
Not Included: Meals not listed in itinerary. Expenses of a personal nature.
Cancellation/Interruption insurance is strongly recommended for all tours. When travelling outside of Ontario, medical insurance is also strongly recommended. For a quote, please click on this link. If relying on credit card or employer insurance benefits, please check on limitations as often, these are inadequate. Neither Sylvia Leroux, nor Trevello Travel Group, nor Focus Travel & Tours will be held responsible for any costs incurred by a participant for lack of, or inadequate insurance.
Please note that tours are best suited for individuals who can independently manage stairs, walking, standing and long periods of sitting. Walking canes are acceptable. Please notify of walker use at time of registration. Guests must be able to enter and exit the bus by the stairs. We reserve the right to determine suitability of tours on an individual basis to ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, as each tour may have a different activity level requiring more or less independence.
We strive to keep everything as outlined in the itinerary; however, occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide an alternative experience that is equal to or better than what was originally planned.
A currency surcharge may become necessary should the Canadian dollar fall below .60 Euro, or .70 to the USD.
For your convenience, gratuities for the bus driver and guides will be collected on the first day of the tour. You will be notified 2 weeks prior to departure to the amount and currency. Gratuities cannot be included in the price of the tour and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
